The Sweet Wheels Co. corporate event packages start at $1,800 per cart. Final pricing depends on guest count, event duration, location, menu selection, and any custom branding requirements. Most Fortune 500 corporate events we service fall in the $2,500 to $8,000 range per cart. Every quote is custom, delivered promptly, and fully all-inclusive — cart rental, trained on-site staff, product, setup, service, and breakdown are built in.

What is included in a corporate event booking?
Every Sweet Wheels corporate booking is all-inclusive: cart rental, fully trained uniformed service staff, all product and supplies, branded signage, complete setup and breakdown, and white-glove service throughout your event. Custom additions available on request include bespoke menu development, client-branded cart wrapping, custom packaging, and post-event reporting for internal stakeholder recaps. We regularly meet the insurance and compliance requirements of Fortune 500 offices, major commercial venues, and event spaces across Manhattan, Brooklyn, and the broader Northeast.
What is your corporate vendor onboarding process?
We complete standard corporate vendor forms including W-9, COI, payment setup (ACH or wire), and any custom vendor paperwork your procurement team requires. Onboarding is typically a quick turnaround. We are already registered vendors with multiple Fortune 500 procurement systems and can provide reference contacts from past enterprise clients upon request.
Do you handle invoicing, W-9s, and standard vendor paperwork?
Yes — we work with corporate procurement and AP teams regularly and can provide W-9s, COIs, and standard vendor documentation as part of onboarding.
