Can you custom brand a dessert cart for a client activation?
Custom branding is one of our core offerings. We provide full cart wrapping in client colors and logos, branded signage, custom menu design, on-brand staff attire, branded packaging, and shareable photo moments engineered for social media capture. Past activations span luxury fragrance, international travel-goods, apparel, watchmaking, and automotive brand campaigns for clients including Carolina Herrera, Lipault Paris, lululemon, Rolex, and Ferrari.
What is the lead time for a custom-branded activation?
Plan on 6 to 8 weeks minimum from contract signing to activation day. This covers branding design review, cart wrap production and installation, custom menu development, and any custom packaging or signage. For rush timelines under 6 weeks contact us directly — we can often accommodate with adjusted scope.
Can you handle multi-day pop-ups?
Yes. The Sweet Wheels Co. services multi-day pop-ups, retail activations, experiential marketing campaigns, and week-long brand takeovers. Our fleet and staffing model scale cleanly across consecutive service days with full refresh between shifts. We coordinate directly with agency production leads on daily staffing, product restock logistics, and end-of-day recaps.
How do you scale for large brand activations?
Our fleet of eight carts can be deployed simultaneously for high-volume activations. For large-scale activations we combine gelato, coffee, hot chocolate, churro, waffle, macaron, and cotton candy service across multiple stations, scale staffing to maintain service speed, and coordinate flow with your experiential production team. We have successfully delivered enterprise-scale activations with zero service interruption.
Can you produce on-brand custom flavors or signature treats?
Yes — we develop signature flavors, themed treats, and limited-edition drops to bring a campaign concept to life. Send us the brief and we'll come back with ideas that taste as good as they look on camera.
Do you support experiential marketing tours across multiple cities?
