Every cart needs access to power. The espresso cart needs power only, no water hookup.We'll send setup specs once your event is booked, including the footprint our cart needs and any power or access requirements. We've worked in ballrooms, lobbies, parks, rooftops, and warehouses — we'll find a way to make it work.

Absolutely. We're set up for both. For outdoor events we'll talk through shade, weather contingencies, and a backup plan so your guests stay happy rain or shine.

Service time is built into your package and tailored to your guest count and event flow. We arrive early to set up so we're ready to serve the moment your event begins.

Every starting package covers up to 100 guests. Additional guests are $250 to $500 per 100 people, depending on the cart. For big groups we can also add servers or a second cart so lines stay short.

Packages include two hours of service, plus setup before and breakdown after, so we're ready the moment doors open. Extra hours can be added and are quoted with your event.

Every cart comes with a uniformed server who sets up, serves and breaks down. For high-volume events or long service windows we add servers so guests aren't kept waiting.

Up to four gelato flavors that rotate with the season, including dairy-free sorbet, with toppings included. Cones can be added as an extra. For brands we can develop a custom flavor to match a campaign.

A full espresso bar on a La Marzocco machine: espresso, lattes, cold brew and matcha. Tea, decaf, and oat or almond milk are available as extras. We can also print your logo or a custom message onto the latte foam.

Yes. We have gluten-free and nut-free options, dairy-free sorbet on the gelato cart, and oat and almond milk for coffee and hot chocolate at an extra cost. Tell us about any allergies when you book and we'll walk you through ingredients.
