Do you travel to our venue?
Yes — we travel to our clients. Travel and setup depend on the location, so once you share your venue details we'll confirm logistics and any travel considerations in your custom quote.
What space and power do you need on-site?
We'll send setup specs once your event is booked, including the footprint our cart needs and any power or access requirements. We've worked in ballrooms, lobbies, parks, rooftops, and warehouses — we'll find a way to make it work.
Can you serve indoors and outdoors?
Absolutely. We're set up for both. For outdoor events we'll talk through shade, weather contingencies, and a backup plan so your guests stay happy rain or shine.
