How it works
Send your details. Date, venue, guest count and any branding ideas, through our inquiry form or at (929) 529-8646. We'll send a custom quote promptly.
Hold the date. A signed agreement and a 50% deposit lock it in.
Approve the branding. Branded carts need 10 days before your event. Shorter timelines (as little as 5 days) are often possible with a rush fee. We send proofs before anything is printed.
We handle the day. Our team arrives early to set up, serves for the length of your package, and breaks down when you're done.
Pricing
Our gelato carts start at $1,850 for up to 100 guests, including two hours of service, a uniformed server, toppings, setup and breakdown. Additional guests and rush branding are $250 to $500 per 100 people, depending on the cart and timing. Extra hours, travel and branding are quoted to your event.
