Send your details. Date, venue, guest count and any branding ideas, through our inquiry form or at (929) 529-8646.
Hold the date. A signed agreement and a deposit lock it in. December dates fill first, so book early.
Approve the branding. Branded carts need 10 days before your event. Shorter timelines (as little as 5 days) are often possible with a rush fee. We send proofs before anything is printed.

Pricing
Our hot chocolate cart starts at $1,850 for up to 100 guests, including two hours of service, a uniformed server, setup and breakdown. Additional guests and rush branding are $250 to $500 per 100 people, depending on the cart and timing. Extra hours, travel and branding are quoted to your event.
